After completing my MA, where I worked as a Graduate Fellow teaching Communication 101 for Idaho State University, I began working at the Idaho National Laboratory.

It didn’t take long for me to realize that the people I worked with had amazing potential, but often lacked the communication skills to help their work progress. I started offering Lunch and Learn Workshops where coworkers could come and learn communications skills once a week. This quickly grew into a lab-wide professional development.

Considerations for my growing little family led me to a career in education, where I put my passion for teaching conflict management, communication, speech, and argumentation to use helping our youth recognize that their voices matter.

With the state of our world, I started managing political campaigns and using my voice to help protect Idaho education and DO the things I had been teaching for so many years.

My family is grown and I am returning to industry. I want to offer my expertise to our communities. We the People are the future. It is up to each of us to lead, with or without titles, and shape our future.
